We agree the design scope and fee before design begins. Physical production is a separate stage, confirmed before parts are ordered.

Happy with the quote? We move to design in BrickLink Studio, and you'll see digital renders before a single brick is ordered. Your quote sets out the design scope, deliverables and included revision rounds. Additional changes are agreed and quoted before work continues.
For design-only projects, we prepare the digital deliverables listed in your quote. For a physical build, we confirm the additional costs for sourcing genuine LEGO bricks and assembly before production begins.
Digital files are delivered as agreed. For physical models, collection, delivery or shipping is arranged to suit the build and included in your production quote. Instructions, testing and supporting materials are supplied where specified.
Every commission is quoted to its brief, based on design time, complexity and agreed deliverables. Part count is a guide, rather than the basis of the fee. The starting prices below are design fees in Australian dollars, with scope, revision rounds and timeline agreed before work begins.
Simple, focused pieces for a shelf or desk: a small building, vehicle, portrait or landscape.

For a physical model: assembly labour is quoted separately from design. Genuine LEGO® bricks are charged at cost, plus a 15% sourcing and management fee on the parts. Delivery is quoted separately. Building instructions, physical testing and any additional deliverables are included only where specified in your quote.
We use genuine LEGO® bricks, sourced through BrickLink, Rebrickable suppliers and authorised LEGO® retailers. We keep a full parts list for every commission.
We purchase as an independent studio, rather than an authorised LEGO® reseller.
